We want you to love your Plus-Plus pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel in its original condition. Items must have all original tags attached and be free of any signs of wear or alterations.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return progress.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
